No problem at all — we specialize in catch-up bookkeeping. We'll get your books up to date and current before starting your regular monthly engagement. We've seen it all.
Do you work with my existing accountant? ▼
Yes. Many clients use TaxPuma for bookkeeping and day-to-day financial operations while keeping their existing CPA for specialized tax work. We're happy to collaborate with your existing advisors.
What software do you use? ▼
We primarily work in QuickBooks Online and Xero, and we connect to all major banking, payroll, and e-commerce platforms. If you're on a different system, reach out and we'll discuss options.
Can I cancel at any time? ▼
Annual plans are billed upfront with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. We're confident you'll love working with us.
